Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to countries within the European Union and to selected international destinations.
The shipping options, estimated delivery times and shipping costs for your delivery address are shown at checkout.
Complimentary Shipping
- Germany and the European Union: complimentary shipping on orders over €450
- International destinations: shipping costs are calculated at checkout
Shipping costs for orders below this threshold are calculated at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
During collection launches, promotional periods or public holidays, processing may take longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the destination country and the shipping method you choose.
Delivery times stated are estimates. Delays can occur, for example because of customs clearance or the carrier.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and local charges in the destination country.
These charges are paid by the customer.
MOONILIN has no influence on these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping information is complete and correct.
Additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses may be charged to the customer.
