We hope you are delighted with your MOONILIN purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items in accordance with the terms below.
Return Period
Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt in accordance with your statutory right of withdrawal.
Return Conditions
Returned items must:
- be unused and unworn
- be in their original condition
- include all original tags and packaging
- be returned with the original dust bag and accompanying materials where applicable
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or to reduce the refund amount where legally permitted.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Depending on the payment provider, refunds may take several business days to appear.
