We offer international shipping.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated delivery times are:
- Germany: 2–4 business days
- European Union: 2–5 business days
- United Kingdom & USA: 4–7 business days
- International: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures or delays beyond our control.
Germany: Complimentary shipping
European Union: Complimentary shipping on orders over €300
International: Complimentary shipping on orders over €500
Shipping costs for orders below these thresholds are calculated at checkout.
For deliveries within the EU, displayed prices include VAT. Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and import taxes payable by the customer.
Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal after delivery. Please see our Returns Policy for the statutory information and model withdrawal form. To help us process returns, we kindly ask that items are returned with original packaging, dust bags and tags where reasonably possible; this request does not limit the statutory right of withdrawal.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned items have been received and approved.
Under the statutory right of withdrawal, we reimburse payments received including standard delivery costs (except supplementary costs if you chose a more expensive delivery method). Otherwise, outbound shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
Custom-made or personalised items may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law.
