1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the online store operated by:

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer.

By clicking the "Complete Order", "Buy Now" or similar button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the products contained in your shopping cart.

An automatic order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.

The purchase agreement is concluded only when we expressly accept the order or dispatch the goods.

4. Prices and Taxes

All prices are displayed in the selected currency.

For deliveries within the European Union, prices include applicable VAT.

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes or local fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout, including:

  • Klarna

Payment is processed according to the selected payment method.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse certain payment methods in individual cases.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery is made to the shipping address provided by the customer.

Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Should a product become unavailable after ordering, we will inform you as soon as possible.

7. Retention of Title

Goods remain the property of MOONILIN GmbH until full payment has been received.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal.

Details are set out in our separate Right of Withdrawal policy.

9. Product Information

We make every effort to display colours, materials and product details as accurately as possible.

Due to differences in screens and devices, slight variations may occur.

Leather is a natural material and may show natural variations in texture, grain and colour. Such variations do not constitute defects.

10. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

11. Liability

MOONILIN shall be fully liable for intent and gross negligence.

In cases of slight negligence, liability shall be limited to foreseeable damages resulting from the breach of essential contractual obligations.

The above limitations do not apply in cases involving:

  • injury to life, body or health
  • product liability claims
  • expressly assumed guarantees

12. Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.

13. Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform:

MOONILIN is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
